Indian Takeaway.uk helps you find local Indian takeaways and place orders with them. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• The postcode you search with, used only to find takeaways near you.
• Order details you provide (name, phone number, delivery address and order notes) so the takeaway can prepare and deliver your food.
• Account details if you register (email address, saved addresses and order history).
• Restaurant-owner information submitted through listing claims and the owner area.

How we use it

• To show takeaways that deliver to your postcode.
• To pass your order to the takeaway you chose, by email and through their owner dashboard.
• To let you view your past orders and saved addresses when signed in.

We do not sell your personal information. Order details are shared only with the takeaway fulfilling your order. Card payments, where offered, are processed by the payment provider — we never see or store your card number.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time by emailing indiantakeawayuk@gmail.com.

Data security

Accounts are protected by secure sign-in, and your saved addresses and orders are visible only to you. Restaurant owners can only manage listings they have verified ownership of.
